Full payment will be required upon booking for spa days. 24 hours notice will be required for any cancellations/amendments once booked in with gift vouchers and all spa day bookings.

The Leisure club within the Grand Hotel is open to hotel guests and the public, they do run classes such as aqua fit at certain times during the week if you wish to come when there is no classes on please let the salon know upon booking in. Spa days can join in with aqua fit classes if you desire. Please ask the therapists for certain times/dates if you require them when you call or email us.
